The Core Principle

They complete one step, then figure out the next. Medical after ground school. Visa after medical. Exams after returning from abroad. Each gap costs months — and once flying recency expires, it costs lakhs. The IPMP runs three to four workstreams in parallel from Day 1 — so nothing waits for anything else.

Foundation in Bangalore

Flight training abroad

  • Private Pilot Licence (PPL)

  • Dual logbook (FAA + DGCA)

Months 13–15 · India

Return & convert

  • DGCA licence conversion
  • Conversion flying (10–25 hrs at a DGCA FTO)
  • Skill tests + CPL application on eGCA
  • Airline preparation seminars

Phase 4 · Months 16–18 — Type rating

A320 or B737 specialisation: fixed-base simulator training, full flight simulator (FFS), and type-rating advisory with provider selection.

Phase 5 · Ongoing — Career support

Resume and portfolio building, airline interview preparation, cadet programme guidance, and lifetime alumni access.
