Integrated Pilot
Mentorship Program.
A structured, end-to-end CPL programme — DGCA ground school in Bangalore, flying training abroad, and licence conversion on return — guided by licensed pilots who have done it themselves.
Most students waste
6 to 12 months.
They complete one step, then figure out the next. Medical after ground school. Visa after medical. Exams after returning from abroad. Each gap costs months — and once flying recency expires, it costs lakhs. The IPMP runs three to four workstreams in parallel from Day 1 — so nothing waits for anything else.
Five phases. Every step covered.
Flight training abroad
- Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
- Instrument Rating (IR)
- Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
- Multi-engine endorsement
- Dual logbook (FAA + DGCA)
Return & convert
- DGCA licence conversion
- Conversion flying (10–25 hrs at a DGCA FTO)
- Skill tests + CPL application on eGCA
- Airline preparation seminars
Phase 4 · Months 16–18 — Type rating
A320 or B737 specialisation: fixed-base simulator training, full flight simulator (FFS), and type-rating advisory with provider selection.
Phase 5 · Ongoing — Career support
Resume and portfolio building, airline interview preparation, cadet programme guidance, and lifetime alumni access.
