Aerogenesis Aviation Pvt Ltd uses enquiry information to respond to your interest in its training programmes. This draft describes the consolidated website implementation.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, phone number, and chosen programme, plus optional email, city, academic background and message. Please do not enter identity documents, payment details or medical records.

Enquiries and follow-up

Our team uses this information for manual follow-up by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry. A form submission does not book an appointment or start automated WhatsApp messages to you.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and synchronised to a private Google Sheet for authorised staff. Cloudflare also provides hosting and Turnstile abuse prevention. Data processing may occur outside India. We do not sell your personal information. No flying-school disclosure is made without your permission.

Optional advertising measurement

When you opt in, enabled integrations may share ad-click references, successful enquiry events, later qualification/admission outcomes and normalised, hashed contact details with Google, Meta or OpenAI for advertising measurement. For Meta measurement, a consenting enquiry also includes the IP address and browser details from that submission, plus a hashed internal enquiry reference that connects later admissions updates. These details help match events accurately; declining measurement still allows you to submit an enquiry. Hashing does not make the data anonymous. Each integration is enabled only after its account configuration is verified. OpenAI browser measurement records successful enquiries; it does not automatically record a booked appointment. Declining measurement does not prevent an enquiry.

If you choose Allow in the cookie notice, or tick the optional box in the enquiry form, the site loads Google, Meta and OpenAI advertising tags that set cookies in your browser. They are used to measure our ads and to show relevant Aerogenesis ads to visitors later on Google, Facebook and Instagram (retargeting). If you choose No thanks, these tags stay off. You can change your choice at any time with the “Withdraw optional ad measurement” control in the page footer.

Campaign labels and the landing/form page paths are captured to help us understand enquiry sources. Ad click identifiers are retained in browser session storage only after optional measurement consent. We remember your browser measurement choice for up to 180 days. The footer control stops future optional browser measurement. To withdraw permission for later outcome sharing on an existing enquiry, email [email protected]; changing a browser choice alone does not identify a previously submitted record.

Access, corrections and retention

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of permission. We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. Authorised staff review retention and remove records from both storage locations as appropriate.

Other services

Third-party videos, links and WhatsApp have their own privacy practices. Technical security logs may be processed by our hosting provider.

We also keep a simple visit count without cookies or identifiers: for each page view we add one to a daily total for the page, the website or ad that sent the visitor, the device type and the country. These totals can't be traced back to any person.

Some pages show a student-reviews widget from Trustindex. When one of these pages loads, your browser requests the widget from Trustindex and reviewer photos from Google, Facebook and Justdial servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. Trustindex’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.
