Every Aerogenesis cadet follows one integrated sequence rather than a patchwork of separate providers. Ground school runs in small batches in Bengaluru under direct instruction from our founders — six DGCA subjects taught to a 70%-minimum standard, with airline-style discipline from day one. Flying training then moves to our partner facility in Florida, where cadets log their hours on a structured FAA Part 141 syllabus while maintaining a dual FAA-and-DGCA logbook format, so nothing has to be reconstructed at conversion time. The final phase — converting the foreign licence to a DGCA CPL — is managed with the same oversight, because in our experience this is the stage where self-managed cadets lose the most months.
We deliberately keep intakes to ten seats. Pilot training fails quietly when a student becomes a roll number; it succeeds when an instructor notices a weak subject in week two instead of at the exam. Small batches are not a marketing line for us — they are the mechanism that makes the mentorship model work.

The physical facility is only half the infrastructure. Aerogenesis designed and built its own digital training platforms — proprietary tools, not licensed products, accessible to every cadet from anywhere. Together they are a large part of how the May '26 batch cleared DGCA 8 out of 8, first attempt.
8,798 DGCA-style practice questions, organised into 202 chapters across all 5 theory subjects, every one with a worked explanation. The interface deliberately mirrors the DGCA exam screen, and instructors monitor each cadet's chapter-by-chapter scores and study time — so a weak subject is caught in week two, not at the exam.
