Every Aerogenesis cadet follows one integrated sequence rather than a patchwork of separate providers. Ground school runs in small batches in Bengaluru under direct instruction from our founders — route-specific ground training, with airline-style discipline from day one. Flying training then moves to our partner facility in Florida, where cadets log their hours on a structured FAA Part 141 syllabus while maintaining a dual FAA-and-DGCA logbook format, so nothing has to be reconstructed at conversion time. The final phase — converting the foreign licence to a DGCA CPL — is managed with the same oversight, because in our experience this is the stage where self-managed cadets lose the most months.
We deliberately keep intakes to ten seats. Pilot training fails quietly when a student becomes a roll number; it succeeds when an instructor notices a weak subject in week two instead of at the exam. Small batches are not a marketing line for us — they are the mechanism that makes the mentorship model work.

Alongside classroom teaching, Aerogenesis uses its proprietary question bank and in-house RTR practice simulator with a structured learning management system for practice and progress tracking. All eight students in the May 2026 cohort passed Meteorology and RTR(A) Part 1 on their first attempt. These results refer to this cohort and these examinations.
8,798 DGCA-style practice questions, organised into 202 chapters across all 5 theory subjects, every one with a worked explanation. The interface deliberately mirrors the DGCA exam screen, and instructors monitor each cadet's chapter-by-chapter scores and study time — so a weak subject is caught in week two, not at the exam.

Study material lives in one organised place — not in a cadet's photo gallery.
Theory classes are only half the training. At our Bengaluru facility, cadets follow up their ground classes with sessions on our flight simulator station, with an Airbus-style sidestick and throttle and a curved cockpit display, guided by pilot mentors. What is taught in class is followed up in the seat, not left in a notebook.
Very few ground schools in Bangalore put a flight simulator in front of cadets during ground training. We don't just make cadets exam-ready. We make them aviation-ready.
The simulator is a learning aid. Sessions do not count towards DGCA licence flying hours.

Aerogenesis normally plans 18–21 months for stages 1, 2 and 3 completed sequentially under expert guidance across its advertised countries. Ground training: 4 months. Flying: 11–12 months in the USA; 14–15 months in other advertised countries. Stage 3: approximately 1–2 months for conversion flying and documentation only. Give 3 months’ advance notice for conversion planning; this is not an additional training stage. These are indicative phase durations, not a promise that each student takes every stage’s maximum duration. Confirm your individual overall schedule before enrolment. DGCA assessment and licence issuance have separate, regulator-controlled timing.
