These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aerogenesis Aviation Academy website at aerogenesis.in and any services provided by Aerogenesis Aviation Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services
Aerogenesis Aviation Academy provides pilot training mentorship services including:
- Integrated Pilot Mentorship Program (IPMP)
- Flying training school selection and enrolment support
- DGCA licence conversion guidance
- DGCA ground school preparation
Aerogenesis is a mentorship and guidance organisation. We are not a flying school, and we do not directly conduct flying training. Flying training is conducted at third-party flying schools selected in consultation with the student. Aerogenesis does not guarantee admission to any specific flying school or airline.
3. Enquiries and Communications
By submitting an enquiry form on our website, you consent to being contacted by Aerogenesis by phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding our programs and your pilot training enquiry. You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting contact@aerogenesis.in.
4. Program Fees and Payments
Program fees for Aerogenesis mentorship services are communicated during the consultation process. Fees are subject to change. Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to program commencement.
Flying school fees, DGCA examination fees, visa fees, medical examination fees, and all other third-party costs are paid directly by the student to the respective organisations. These costs are separate from Aerogenesis mentorship fees.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Aerogenesis provides structured mentorship and guidance to maximise the probability of a successful CPL outcome. However we do not guarantee:
- Passing of DGCA examinations
- Issue of a DGCA Commercial Pilot Licence
- Employment as a commercial pilot
- Admission to any specific airline or type rating program
Outcomes depend on individual performance, DGCA regulations, and factors outside Aerogenesis’s control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on aerogenesis.in — including text, images, program descriptions, and course materials — is the property of Aerogenesis Aviation Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems, submit false information through our forms, or use our website in any way that could damage or impair its operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerogenesis Aviation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or reliance on information provided on it. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aerogenesis for the relevant service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
