The Problem

Most Students
Get This Wrong.

You spent ₹55–90 lakhs training abroad. You have your FAA or EASA CPL. You are back in India. And now the hardest part begins — converting that licence into a DGCA CPL so you can actually fly for an Indian airline.

Most students underestimate this step. They return without having cleared DGCA exams, without a Class 1 Medical, without a plan — and lose 6–12 months while their flying recency expires and their savings drain.

Recency Expires

DGCA needs 15 hrs PIC in the 6 months before application. Delay = expensive additional flying.

📋

Logbook Non-Compliance

DGCA-format logbooks not maintained from Day 1 abroad. Retrofitting takes weeks and delays everything.

📝

Exams Not Cleared Pre-Departure

Air Regulations and Composite Paper not done before going abroad. 3–6 months lost on return.

🏥

Medical Not Coordinated

Class 1 Medical slots at AFCME/IAM booked 2–3 months in advance. No slot = no progress.

The Process

Five Steps.
One Clear Outcome.

1
Before You Leave India
Foundations.
Class 2 Medical, eGCA registration, File Number, Computer Number. Clear DGCA Air Regulations + Composite Paper. Begin RTR prep. This alone saves you 3–6 months on return.
2
While Training Abroad
Dual Logbook Compliance.
We ensure your flying hours are logged in both the local format and DGCA format from Day 1. Cross-country requirements, PIC hours, night flying — all tracked against DGCA conversion criteria.
3
On Return to India
Class 1 Medical + RTR.
Pre-booked AFCME/IAM slot. RTR oral viva at WPC. If exams were cleared pre-departure, you are already halfway to submission.
4
Month 1–2 After Return
Conversion Flying + Skill Tests.
10–25 hours at a DGCA-approved FTO. Day cross-country (250 NM), night cross-country (120 NM), and DGCA skill test with an examiner. Recency preserved.
5
Month 2–3 After Return
CPL Application on eGCA.
All documents compiled, logbooks verified, skill test reports attached. Application submitted on eGCA. DGCA processes in 8–12 weeks. You are now a DGCA CPL holder.
Who This Is For

Three Profiles.
One Service.
