Our Story

We Built What
Was Missing.

Becoming a commercial pilot in India is a high-stakes, high-investment journey. Most students navigate it alone — piecing together advice from agents, YouTube videos, and school brochures, each with their own interests to protect.

Aerogenesis was founded to fix that. We are not an FTO. We are not agents. We are a mentorship-first academy that provides the structure, planning, and honest guidance that this journey demands — from the first medical to the airline cockpit.

Our campus in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, is a purpose-built training environment with dedicated classrooms, a flight simulator lab, and a conference space for one-on-one family counselling sessions. Every student who walks in gets a personalised pathway — not a brochure.

Founder & CEO

A former Indian Air Force officer with over two decades of military aviation experience. Saideep is an Experimental Test Pilot — one of the most demanding qualifications in aviation — a Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI), and an ATPL holder. He has flown 13 aircraft across operational theatres, and now applies that precision to building structured pilot training pathways for the next generation.

She mentors students on everything from DGCA exam strategy and simulator proficiency to airline interview preparation — with the perspective of someone who sits in the left seat every week.
